5. Tax File Number (TFN) Handling
Your TFN is collected and handled strictly in accordance with the Tax File Number Guidelines issued under the Privacy Act. We collect your TFN only for the purpose of providing tax agent services and lodging your returns with the ATO. We do not disclose your TFN to any third party other than the ATO.
6. Disclosure of Your Information
We disclose your personal information only to:
- The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) — as required to lodge your returns and correspond on your behalf
- The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) — if required for compliance purposes
